This business was established by Michael J. Campbell Ex CIB Senior Sergeant, New Zealand Police in 1981 as a professional agency to provide Investigation and Security Consultation services to Corporate, Legal, Government and Private clients. The company has recently undergone restructuring and as from the 1st January 2005 it now trades as Advanced Investigations 2004 Ltd with Michael Campbell as the Managing Director and principal shareholder.
Advanced operates with a "team" of highly qualified, motivated, former New Zealand Police Detectives, each of whom are individually respected senior members of their profession with vast investigative and security experience following years of employment with the Criminal Investigation Branch of the New Zealand Police. These individuals contract their services to Advanced and their operational tasks are managed by the company.
The difference between the investigation services offered by Advanced and the other numerous private investigation businesses is that Michael Campbell has in excess of 36 years operational and command experience in Police and Private Investigation work.
Advanced has an administration base in offices in the PWC Tower (level 27) and an administration office on the North Shore.
Throughout New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Europe and South East Asia, Advanced has associates and agents with whom they are affiliated.
